复方盐酸贝那普利咀嚼片的研制及质量检测
Development and quality testing of compound benadryl hydrochloride chewable tablets
摘要
Abstract
A compound chewable tablet containing benadryl hydrochloride and pimobendan was developed and quality tested.The optimal prescription of the chewable tablets was determined by orthogonal test using wet granulation and compression process,and the types of fillers,binders,disintegrants and lubricants were screened by one-way test using the indicators of appearance and shape,hardness,friability and dissolution,and the optimal prescription of the chewable tablets was determined by orthogonal test.The analytical method of HPLC was as follows:isocratic elution with the mobile phase of potassium chloride buffer-water-methanol(300∶200∶500)at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min,the column was Inertsil ODS-3(5 μm,4.6 mm×250.0 mm),the column temperature was 30℃,the detection wavelength was real-time wavelength,and the injection volume was 10 μL.The results showed that the chewable tablets were beige round notched tablets with smooth surface,content uniformity was 98.99%-101.37%,dissolution degree was greater than 80%.Its content uniformity,hardness and other quality inspection were all accord with the quality standard requirements,providing a basis for the subsequent pilot production of the preparation.关键词
