Digital Integrity Cultural and Creative IP Design and Communication Strategy:A Case Study based on the Clean Government Culture of Tongliang District

Abstract
Against the backdrop of deep integration between digitalization and integrity culture,the innovative transformation of regional integrity culture has become pivotal in overcoming traditional challenges in integrity education.Focusing on the integrity culture of Tongliang District,this study systematically examines its core resources,including historical narratives and folk symbols,analyzes the practical challenges in digital dissemination,and proposes an IP design logic based on"Cultural Gene―Digital Creativity―Emotional Resonance."A multi-tiered communication system is constructed.The findings demonstrate that digital integrity cultural and creative IPs,developed from regionally distinctive resources,require strategies such as contextualized content translation,multi-channel synergistic dissemination,and user co-creation to enhance their communication efficacy among younger audiences.This research provides an actionable framework for the digital preservation of regional integrity culture and offers practical insights for innovating integrity education in higher education institutions.关键词
