二次资源碱熔转化-混合有机酸无氟浸出提钽工艺研究
Alkali fusion conversion and mixed organic acid fluoride-free leaching of tantalum from secondary resources
摘要
Abstract
Tantalum,a rare and refractory metal,is a vital strategic resource widely utilized in both defense and civilian applications.Due to the low grade of tantalum ores and their natural resource scarcity, the recovery of tantalum from secondary resources increases year by year.It is of significant importance.Tantalum has extremely high chemical stability and is not easily dissolved under normal conditions.Currently, the mature method for extracting tantalum is the hydrogen fluoride(HF)method, which generates a large amount of fluoride-containing pollutants, posing environmental challenges. Therefore,it is necessary to develop fluoride-free methods for the recovery of tantalum from secondary resources.A fluoride-free process for leaching tantalum from secondary resources was proposed. In this process, tantalum alloy waste was oxidized and then reacted with molten KOH.Subsequently, the obtained mixture was leached with a mixture of oxalic acid and tartaric acid. The results show that the tantalum leaching efficiency reaches 98.6%.Compared with the traditional HF leaching process, this fluoride-free method not only improves the recovery of tantalum from secondary resources but also effectively reduces environmental pollution. This process shows significant value for the efficient and environmentally friendly utilization of tantalum resources.关键词
