摘要

Abstract

[Objective]This study aims to investigate the changes in the community of macrozooben-thos in the early stage of wetland restoration in the Yellow River Delta,and assess the ecological effects during initial restoration phase.[Method]Focusing on macrozoobenthos,a key bioindicator of wetland health,as research object,the changes in community structure of macrozoobenthos were systematically analyzed based on five surveys conducted from January 2019 to November 2020(covering pre-and post-restoration periods).[Result]Species diversity significantly increased,expanding from a single pre-restoration species(Chironomidae spp.)to 18 species across five phyla;Dominant species composi-tion became more diverse in survey area,with new taxa such as Laonome sp.,Ceratopogonidae spp.,Neomysis orientalis,Radix pereger,and Chironomidae spp.;Overall abundance and biomass showed an upward trend,with arthropods contributing most prominently;Biodiversity indices and ABC(Abundance-Biomass Comparison)curves indicated that,although the study area remained moderately disturbed,the macrozoobenthos community exhibited clear recovery trends;The concentrations of ammonium salts and silicates in interstitial water and the total carbon content in sediments were the key environmental factors influencing the distribution of macrozoobenthos community in the restoration area.[Conclusion]After the restoration of wetlands in the Yellow River Delta,the community structure of macrozoobenthos has been significantly improved,and the ecosystem is in the recovery period under moderate disturbance.
