Fe-ZIF的制备及钨和钼吸附分离性能研究
Preparation of Fe-ZIF and study on its adsorption and separation performance for tungsten and molybdenum

Abstract
A kind of iron-based zeolite imidazolate framework material(Fe-ZIF)was synthesized using aging method in this study,the adsorption and separation performance for tungsten(W)and molybdenum(Mo)was investigated.The effects of pH value,adsorption temperature,and adsorption time on the adsorption and separation performance of tungsten and molybdenum were studied separately.The adsorption and separation mechanism of Fe-ZIF was investigated using infrared spectroscopy characterization and computational simulations.The results show that the crystallization of Fe-ZIF can be improved and the yield can be increased to 63%by extending the synthesis time from 24 h to 72 h in the process of preparation.Fe-ZIF exhibits spherical morphology with an average particle size of 114.5 nm.The alkaline conditions,lower temperatures,and longer time are beneficial for the improvement of the adsorption capacity and separation factor.Under the optimal conditions of pH=9,T=35 ℃,and t=4 h,the maximum adsorption capacity of Fe-ZIF for W is 547 mg/g,and the separation factor is 35.8.After five cycles of adsorption-desorption,the dersorption efficiency of Fe-ZIF remains above 74%,and the adsorption capacity retention efficiency for Mo is 77.3%,which indicates that Fe-ZIF has reusability.The Fe metal sites on the material exhibit stronger affinity for WO42-than for MoO42-,enabling the selective adsorption of tungsten by Fe-ZIF.WO42-to form coordination interactions with Fe-ZIF,loading onto both the surface and internal pores of the material,thereby achieving the adsorption of WO4-by Fe-ZIF.Fe-ZIF is a sustainable and environmentally-friendly adsorbent,and this material demonstrates promising potential for tungsten and molybdenum separation applications,which facilitates the efficient and high-value recycling and utilization of tungsten and molybdenum resources.关键词
