摘要

Abstract

The intelligent construction virtual simulation system is the core technical support for the digital transformation of construction projects.In view of the problem of information islands and the dilemma of low collaboration efficiency faced in construction engineering,the paper deeply explores key technologies such as BIM,Internet of Things perception,and digital twin,and constructs a complete set of intelligent construction virtual simulation system architecture.The results show that the system can effectively improve the quality management level,and the pass rate of the first acceptance of the project quality is increased from 78%to 96%,in addition,the system has shown good results in safety management,schedule management,cost management,etc.,providing new ideas and technical support for the intelligent construction of construction projects.
