Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of narrative nursing combined with multi-dimensional collaborative intervention on the prognosis of patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods From September 2023 to January 2025,a total of 98 PHN patients(all admitted to the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University)were included in the study and were divided into a control group and an observation group using a drawing method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received narrative nursing combined with routine nursing,while the observation group received multi-dimensional collaborative intervention on the basis of the nursing given to the control group.The pain intensity,psychological state,quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 and 2 weeks of intervention,the Visual Analogue Scale scores in both groups decreased compared with pre-intervention scores(P<0.05),and the observation group achieved lower scores compared with the control group after 2 weeks of intervention(P<0.05).After 1 week of intervention,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the Self-Rating Depression Scale were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the dimension scores of physiological function,social function,and mental health in both groups increased compared with pre-intervention scores(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the intervention period,the total incidence of dizziness,drowsiness,and skin irritation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of narrative nursing combined with multi-dimensional collaborative intervention can improve the psychological state of PHN patients,alleviate their pain,improve their quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
