Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of transtheoretical and multidisciplinary rehabilitation nursing on patients after holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi.Methods A total of 408 patients receiving holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi at Fujian Provincial Hospital South Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were included in the study and were divided into a control group and an observation group through random number table method.The control group(n=204)received perioperative nursing according to the routine after holmium laser lithotripsy,and the observation group(n=204)received transtheoretical and multidisciplinary rehabilitation nursing.The perioperative related indicators,inflammatory reaction levels,and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Results The time of the first postoperative flatus,the postoperative catheter indwelling time,and the length of hospital stay of patients in the observation group were significantly earlier or shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three days after operation,the interleukin-6 level and white blood cell counts in both groups increased compared with those before operation(P<0.05),but the levels of the above inflammatory reaction-related indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of urinary fistula,hemorrhage,and urinary tract infection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of transtheoretical and multidisciplinary rehabilitation intervention in patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy for renal calculi can effectively promote the postoperative recovery,and reduce the inflammatory reactions.关键词
