Abstract
Objective To construct a risk warning nursing strategy for postoperative deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery and to investigate its application.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the subjects of study and were divided into two groups using a random drawing method.The 43 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the 43 patients in the observation group received risk warning nursing intervention in addition to the nursing intervention of the control group.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis,shell temperature of lower extremities,circumference of lower extremities,and score of the Short Form-36 Health Survey of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 7 days after surgery,the shell temperature and circumference of lower extremities of the two groups were significantly lower than those before surgery(P<0.05).The scores of the Short Form-36 Health Survey were significantly higher than those before surgery(P<0.05).The above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of a risk warning nursing strategy for deep vein thrombosis in patients after arthroscopic knee surgery can effectively prevent the postoperative deep vein thrombosis,relieve the postoperative swelling degree,and enhance the overall quality of life.关键词
