Research on the operation mode of low-altitude patrol management based on new smart city governance and services

Abstract
With the deepening of urbanization,new smart city governance and services have put forward higher requirements for intensification,refinement,intelligence,and autonomy.At the end of 2023,the Central Economic Work Conference listed the'low-altitude economy'as a strategic emerging industry,and the low-altitude patrol management in the low-altitude economy provides a more flexible,three-dimensional and intelligent new solution for urban refined governance and services.Low-altitude patrol uses low-altitude aircraft such as helicopters,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)and electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft to carry out comprehensive urban inspection,monitoring and management in low-altitude airspace.This paper discusses the scenario requirements and challenges of low-altitude patrol management in the context of comprehensive urban management,and designs an intensive and efficient low-altitude patrol digital operation mode suitable for multiple scenarios in the region.At the same time,the low-altitude takeaway delivery operation mode is analyzed,and its advantages with the traditional model are compared.关键词
