Orientation,Challenges and Paths of Apprenticeship with Chinese Characteristics under the Background of Building a Powerful Education Country

Abstract
The apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics is an effective model for deepening industry-education integration,enhancing school-enterprise collaboration,and cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.Against the backdrop of building a powerful education country,this paper analyzes the connotation and positioning of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,and explores the multiple challenges encountered in its promotion,such as difficulties in in-depth school-enterprise connection,ineffective collaboration among multiple subjects,challenges in realizing work-integrated learning,and insufficient manifestation of Chinese characteristics.It is proposed that the practical paths for the high-quality development of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics are as follows:addressing demands to build a"five golden elements"new infrastructure;innovating mechanisms to establish new models for entity operations;empowering through digital intelligence to create an interactive training and teaching paradigm;and fostering social recognition to highlight the new mission of cultivating talents through workplace education.关键词
