Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of case nursing combined with prognostic nutritional index(PNI)evaluation on the psychological state of patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Methods A total of 104 patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma admitted to Nantong Third People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of study and assigned into two groups using a random number table method, with 52 cases in each group. The control group received case nursing, and the observation group received PNI assessment in addition to the treatment given to the control group. The intervention period for both groups was 3 months. The quality of life, adverse reactions, psychological state, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After 1 week of nursing, the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the Self-Rating Depression Scale in both groups decreased compared with those before nursing, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing, the quality of life, function, and symptom scores in both groups increased compared with those before nursing, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of case nursing combined with PNI evaluation in patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma can help reduce their adverse reactions during treatment, improve their psychological state and quality of life, and enhance their nursing satisfaction.关键词
