中国特色学徒制的校本实践与理性思考
School-based Practice and Rational Thinking of Apprenticeship with Chinese Characteristics

Abstract
The development of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics is a necessity for technical and skilled talents to align with international standards,a new requirement of"strengthening the nation through skills"strategy in the new era,and an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.In its practical exploration of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,Chongqing Aerospace Polytechnic emphasizes top-level design and conducts management design from four aspects:overall approach,working principles,organization and planning,and reconstruction of construction contents.It has carried out pilot construction work in areas such as the integration of student recruitment and worker hiring,the establishment of a standard system,the development of teaching resources,the construction of talents cultivation models,and the formulation of teaching management systems,achieving remarkable results.Looking ahead,in exploring the high-quality development of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,it is essential to carefully select pilot majors and partner enterprises,grasp essential characteristics,and ensure that teaching contents meets the connotative requirements of the apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.关键词
