Abstract
In order to improve the informatization and intelligence of expressways,this paper proposes a expressway running state tracking and monitoring method based on the intelligent perception of electronic toll collection(ETC)gantry,which uses graph convolutional network(GCN)to capture the topological spatial characteristics of ETC gantry,and combines it with the gated recurrent unit(GRU)to learn the dynamic law of time series,and introduces an attention mechanism to strengthen the weights of key nodes.The results show that the GCN-GRU-Attention model performs well in accuracy,precision,recall,and F1 score indicators,significantly improves the performance of data spatio-temporal feature capture and monitoring,shows good scalability,and provides support for smart highways.关键词
