职业院校"走出去":一项制度研究
"Going Abroad"of Vocational Colleges:An Institutional Study
摘要
Abstract
The"going abroad"of vocational colleges is the inherent requirement to realize the coordinated development between schools and enterprises,the basic requirement to promote the high-quality development of vocational education,and the inevitable requirement to participate in global education governance.Under the background of advancing law-based governance across all fields of endeavor and modernizing China's system and capacity of governance,it is of great significance to establish and improve the relevant systems to ensure the"going global"of vocational education.China has formed an institutional framework for the overseas education system of vocational colleges with"top-level design-legal system-policy measures"as the core,which provides a clear macro direction and institutional guarantees.At present,there are still some problems in the"going abroad"of vocational colleges,such as lack of a clear path,lack of strong incentives,limited capacity and lack of momentum.It is necessary to strengthen the deployment of guiding system,optimize the design of supporting system,supplements the supply of nurturing system and improves the guarantee system to safeguard the"going global"of vocational colleges.关键词
