Study on the potential profile analysis of combat readiness and training needs of military civilian nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the potential categories of military civilian nurses'combat readiness capabilities and to analyze their influencing factors. Methods Convenience sampling was used in the present study.A total of 212 military civilian nurses were surveyed with the combat readiness scale and medical support training and training needs questionnaire. The potential profile analysis was conducted on the survey results.By analyzing the influencing factors of combat readiness among military civilian nurses with different capabilities, the training needs of military civilian nurses were understood. Results The combat readiness of military civilian nurses could be divided into three potential categories:a low-ability group of 87 people(41.04%),a medium-ability group of 49 people(23.11%),and a high-ability group of 76 people(35.85%),and the differences between the three groups in different categories were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,97.95%of the medical support combat readiness experiences were regular training, and 78.77%believed that the conflict with daily working was the factor affecting medical support training. There was a greater demand for training in on-site first aid techniques, military psychology, and survival and adaptation courses. The preferred training methods were on-site teaching at the task site and simulation exercises. Conclusion The training needs for the combat readiness of military civilian nurses are urgent.Different levels and modules of diversified and precise training should be carried out to enhance the combat readiness of military civilian nurses and better serve military medical support work.关键词
