Abstract
Objective To explore the risk factors for incontinence-associated dermatitis(IAD)in patients with multiple injuries.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 429 patients with multiple injuries admitted to Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2021 to December 2022.A factor analysis method was used to explore the independent risk factors of IAD.A prediction model was constructed using R software and was presented with a nomogram.A receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate model discrimination and a calibration curve was used to evaluate model accuracy.Results A total of 101 patients were diagnosed with IAD,with an incidence rate of 23.54%.The complicated spinal cord injury,the Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation(APACHE)Ⅱscore,the Glasgow Coma Scale score,the Nutritional Risk Screening score,the photoacoustic tomography score,and the Braden score were all risk factors of IAD(P<0.05).The calibration curve shown was infinitely close to the ideal curve with good accuracy.Conclusion The risk prediction model of IAD for patients with multiple injuries constructed in this study has good consistency and predictive efficacy,and can provide reference for clinical prediction of IAD in patients with multiple injuries.关键词
