新生代农民工职业培训意愿与支付水平影响因素研究
Study on the Influencing Factors of Vocational Training Willingness and Payment Abilities of the New Generation Migrant Workers

Abstract
Vocational training for the new generation migrant workers emerges as a critical driver for high-quality socio-economic development.Utilizing the Heckman two-stage model,this study empirically examines the determinants of participation willingness and payment levels for vocational training among new generation migrant workers in Guangzhou of Guangdong Province;Wuhan of Hubei Province and Guiyang of Guizhou Province.The findings indicate that 66.53%of the new generation migrant workers express the willingness to participate in vocational training,although the overall payment level remains relatively low.Factors such as age,educational attainment,perceived functional value,perceived emotional value,perceived social value,subjective norms,social identity,employment market perception,training contents,training methods,government subsidies,and corporate support significantly influence both participation willingness and payment levels.Conversely,perceived economic costs exert a significant negative impact.Based on these insights,the study proposes recommendations to enhance value perception,strengthen social influence,optimize training contents and methods,and increase policy support.These measures aim to stimulate the enthusiasm of new generation migrant workers for vocational training,thereby facilitating their career development and income improvement.关键词
