Abstract
Objective To analyze the status quo of self-perceived burden and quality of life and their correlation in patients with acute leukemia. Methods A total of 99 patients with acute leukemia admitted to the Hematology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from January 2023 to June 2024 were enrolled using a convenience sampling method. The self-made general information questionnaire, the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General(FACT-G)in Chinese version, and the Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)were used for investigation and analysis, and the Pearson Correlation Analysis was also used for correlation analysis. Results The total SPBS score of 99 patients was 28.83±6.92 points. The educational level, per capita monthly household income, residential area, and medical payment method were all correlated with the SPBS score of patients with acute leukemia(P<0.05).The total FACT-G score of 99 patients was 65.32±11.35 points. The educational level, per capita monthly household income, living situation, marital status, and medical payment method were all correlated with the FACT-G score of patients with acute leukemia(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that the self-perceived burden of acute leukemia patients was negatively correlated with their quality of life(r=-0.279,P<0.001).Conclusion Self-perceived burden is common among acute leukemia patients, and their quality of life is at a medium level, with a negative correlation between self-perceived burden and quality of life. Therefore,in clinical practice, efforts should be actively made to reduce the self-perceived burden of patients to improve their quality of life.关键词
