稻茬烤烟上部6片烟叶一次性采收成熟度研究
Study on Maturity for One-Time Harvesting of the Upper Six Leaves in Rice Stubble Flue-Cured Tobacco

Abstract
To clarify the optimal maturity for one-time harvesting of the six upper tobacco leaves in rice-stubble flue-cured tobacco,three maturity treatments(low,medium,high)were designed,and SPAD values of tobacco leaves at different har-vest maturity levels,economic traits,and quality of flue-cured tobacco were comparatively analyzed.Results showed that as the harvest maturity of upper leaves was increased,SPAD values of fresh tobacco leaves significantly decreased;after cu-ring,the proportion of primed leaves,sugar content,chlorogenic acid content,reducing sugar to total sugar ratio,and sugar-to-nicotine ratio increased,while the proportion of green-tinted leaves,single leaf weight,and starch content de-creased.Compared with the tobacco leaves harvested with low maturity and high maturity,the rate of high-grade tobacco leaves harvested with medium maturity was 14.5 and 3.8 percentage point higher,the average price was 25.33%and 4.25%higher,the yield was 26.63%and 18.39%higher,the output value was 58.82%and 23.60%higher,and the smoking quality was 2.36%and 4.84%higher.Comprehensive analysis indicates that medium maturity is optimal for one-time harvesting of the six upper tobacco leaves in Linwu,Hunan.The reference indicators for the suitable harvest maturity of upper leaves:70%-80%leaf surface yellowing,completely whitened main vein,30%whitened secondary veins,and SPAD values between 19.5 and 31.6.关键词
