Abstract
With the deepening impact of big data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence on the labor market,Latin American countries deem digitalization as a crucial strategy for driving the reform and development of vocational education.Organizational change theory provides a solid theoretical foundation for systematically analyzing the digital transformation of vocational education in Latin American countries. Its logic lies in promoting interactions among tasks, structures, technologies, and personnel within the organizational change system,as well as enhancing the organization's adaptation to the environmental system. The study finds that the driving causes for the digital transformation of vocational education in Latin American countries can be summarized as aligning with the global trend of educational digitalization, breaking down barriers among stakeholders at different levels, deepening the compatibility between digital technologies and teaching resources, and facilitating the improvement of digital literacy among vocational education teachers.Their innovative practices are manifested in the following aspects:anchoring organizational goals to drive the advancement of digital transformation;optimizing organizational structures to solidify the management foundation for digital transformation;upgrading organizational technologies to strengthen hardware support for digital transformation;and empowering organizational personnel to create an intellectual engine for digital transformation.关键词
