仙青健骨方辅助治疗骨质疏松症伴慢性肩袖损伤修补术后患者随机对照研究
Xianqing Jiangu Prescription in Adjuvant Treatment of Osteoporosis Patients with Chronic Rotator Cuff Tear Repair:A Randomized Control Trial

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xianqing Jiangu Prescription in the adjuvant treatment of osteoporosis(OP)patients with chronic rotator cuff tear(RCT)repair.Methods A total of 66 OP patients with RCT repair in the Sports Medicine Center,Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were enrolled in the study.And 60 patients met the inclusion criteria and were assigned to the treatment group and the control group by random digit table,30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group took Calcitriol Capsules after surgery,and those in the treatment group additionally took Xianqing Jiangu Prescription.Both treatments consisted of 3 courses,each course of treatment was 4 weeks.The visual analogue score(VAS)of pain,Constant-Murley scoring,Rating scale of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons(ASES),University of California at Los Angeles(UCLA)score,shoulder range of motion,bone mineral density(BMD)of the greater tuberosity of the humerus,and the liver and kidney functions were recorded before surgery,week 6 and 12 after surgery,respectively.Results Compared with before surgery in the same group,there was no significant difference in BMD value after surgery in both groups(P＞0.05),but VAS decreased(P＜0.05),Constant-Murley,ASES and UCLA score increased(P＜0.05),while the shoulder range of motion was significantly improved(P＜0.05).And the treatment group showed significantly better efficacy than the control group(P＜0.05).There were 2 cases of mild intestinal reactions in the treatment group,which were relieved spontaneously after drug withdrawal.No obvious abnormal liver and kidney functions were seen.Conclusion Xianqing Jiangu Prescription relieved the pain of OP patients with chronic RCT repair,improved functional activity of limbs,elevated shoulder joint function scores,and it had a certain adjuvant treatment effect with good safety.关键词
