Abstract
Camellia sinensis tissue culture technology plays a vital role in genetic improvement,germplasm resource conservation,and the sustainable development of the tea industry.This paper systematically reviewed the research context in Camellia sinensis tissue culture over the past few decades,summarized its technical characteristics from different aspects such as organ regeneration,cell suspension culture,and protoplast fusion,and explored its applica-tions in the fields of biotechnology,including rapid in vitro propagation,In addition,the technical difficulties in tea tissue culture research were systematically analyzed,and the future development directions were prospected.关键词
