摘要

Abstract

Selenium-enrich tea is an effective resource for human to supply selenium.The selenium in tea mainly comes from soil.There are significant differences in soil selenium content between different regions,resulting in significant differences in selenium content among tea leaves.The selection of tea cultivars,exogenous selenium ap-plication,soil management,fresh leaf picking,processing techniques,and other production processes also affect the selenium content in tea.Applying selenium fertilizer during the production process is an effective measure to in-crease selenium content,but it is necessary to strictly control the concentration and application time of selenium fer-tilizer to achieve the goal of safe selenium increase.This article summarized the impact of various measures in the production process on the selenium content of tea,in order to provide reference for the sustainable,safe,stable,and efficient production of selenium-enrich tea.
