补肾活血方调节线粒体呼吸链复合物及ROS/SOD改善大鼠卵巢功能的研究
Effects of Bushen Huoxue Formula on Mitochondrial Respiratory Chain Complexes and ROS/SOD in Improving Ovarian Function in Rats

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Bushen Huoxue Formula on ovarian function in rats with premature ovarian failure by regulating mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes and ROS/SOD.Methods:Thirty-six female SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,positive drug group,and low-,medium-,and high-dose Chinese medicine groups(n=6 each).Except for the blank group,other groups received daily gavage of tripterygium glycosides(50 mg/kg)to establish premature ovarian failure models.Starting the next day after modeling:low-,medium-,and high-dose groups received Bushen Huoxue Formula decoction(3.75,7.5,15 g/kg,respectively);positive drug group received coenzyme Q10 tablet suspension(100 mg/kg);blank and model groups received equal-volume saline for 15 days.After treatment,ELISA measured mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes(Complex Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ)and ROS,SOD,MDA,GSH-Px levels.Results:Compared with blank group,the model group showed decreased levels of all four mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes(P<0.05),increased MDA and ROS(P<0.01),and reduced SOD and GSH-Px(P<0.01).Versus model group,high-dose Chinese medicine and positive drug groups exhibited elevated complex levels(P<0.05),while all treatment groups demonstrated reduced ROS/MDA(P<0.05)and increased SOD/GSH-Px(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Formula improves ovarian function by regulating mitochondrial respiratory chain complexes and modulating ROS/SOD balance.关键词
