身痛逐瘀汤对强直性脊柱炎模型小鼠外周血CD62P及IL-1β表达的影响
Effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on the Expressions of CD62P and IL-1β in Peripheral Blood of Mice with Ankylosing Spondylitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on the expression of CD62P and IL-1β in the peripheral serum of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)model mice.Methods:Eighteen 6-8-week-old female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into a blank group,a model group,and a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group.Except for the blank group,the other two groups were induced with an AS disease model using proteoglycan combined with complete Freund's adjuvant.After successful modeling,the TCM group was administered Shentong Zhuyu Decoction by gavage(0.39 g crude drug/20 g body weight),while the other two groups received normal saline by gavage once daily for 4 weeks.Joint swelling was observed and scored after modeling and administration.After treatment,peripheral blood was collected,and ELISA was used to measure the expression levels of CD62P and IL-1β.Results:After modeling,both the model and TCM groups exhibited significant joint swelling,with no statistically significant difference in swelling scores(P>0.05).After administration,the model group showed a significant increase in scores compared to post-modeling,while the TCM group showed a significant decrease(both P<0.05).Moreover,the TCM group's scores were significantly lower than those of the model group(P<0.01).After 4 weeks of administration,serum levels of CD62P and IL-1β in the model and TCM groups were significantly higher than those in the blank group(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the TCM group showed significantly reduced serum CD62P and IL-1β levels(P<0.01).Conclusion:Platelet activation may be involved in the inflammatory response of AS.The mechanism by which Shentong Zhuyu Decoction delays AS progression may be related to its inhibition of platelet activation and subsequent regulation of the inflammatory response.关键词
