多囊卵巢综合征性激素变化的舌象色部数字化特征研究
Digital Characteristics of Tongue Image Color Regions in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Sex Hormone Variations

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the regional tongue image characteristics associated with sex hormone variations in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients,analyzing hormonal changes through tongue body color observations to provide diagnostic references for TCM.Methods:157 PCOS patients from the Reproductive Medicine Center of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital(November 2023-June 2024)were enrolled.Venous blood samples were collected to measure follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and testosterone(T),with patients stratified into high-LH,high-T,high-LH+T,and control groups.Tongue images were analyzed for regional color parameters(RGB,HSV)across tongue tip,left/right/middle/root regions to identify intrinsic patterns.Results:The high-LH group exhibited:higher S values at tongue tip/left/right/root versus controls(P<0.05),and at tip/root versus high-T group(P<0.05);elevated(R+B)/(R+G+B)ratios at tip/left/right/middle versus controls(P<0.05);lower V values at right region versus high-T/high-LH+T groups,and at middle versus all groups(P<0.05).The high-T group showed:lower S values at tip/root versus high-LH group(P<0.05);increased(R+B)/(R+G+B)at left/right/middle versus controls(P<0.05).The high-LH+T group demonstrated higher(R+B)/(R+G+B)at left/right regions versus high-T group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongue body color variations in specific regions correlate significantly with sex hormone changes:(R+B)/(R+G+B)ratios in left/right/middle regions closely associate with LH/T influences;S values at tip/left/right/root regions strongly relate to LH,while tip/root S values predominantly reflect T variations.关键词
