基于"五七阳明脉衰"探讨毓麟养巢法治疗脾虚型早发性卵巢功能不全
Exploring the Treatment of Spleen Deficiency-Type Premature Ovarian Insufficiency with Yulin Yangchao Method Based on the Theory of"Decline of Yangming Meridian at Thirty-Five"

Abstract
Objective:To explore the interventional effect of Yulin Yangchao method(Yulin Yangchao Formula combined with Yulin Yangchao acupuncture)on spleen deficiency-type premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)based on the theory of"Decline of Yangming Meridian at Thirty-Five."Methods:Eighty patients with spleen deficiency-type POI who met the inclusion criteria at Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.During the study,3 cases were lost to follow-up in the observation group and 2 cases in the control group;these cases were excluded.Both groups received conventional treatment.The control group was additionally given oral Yulin Yangchao Formula,while the observation group received Yulin Yangchao acupuncture in addition to the control group's treatment.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Changes in serum FSH,E2,LH,AMH levels,menstrual scores,and TCM syndrome scores were compared before and after treatment,along with antral follicle counts.Pregnancy outcomes within one year after treatment were also recorded.Results:Compared with before treatment,both groups showed decreased menstrual scores,TCM syndrome scores,and serum FSH and LH levels(P<0.05),as well as increased serum E2 and AMH levels and antral follicle counts(P<0.05)after treatment.The improvement in all indicators was greater in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Follow-up on pregnancy outcomes within one year after treatment showed slightly more pregnancies in the observation group than in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both Yulin Yangchao Formula and Yulin Yangchao acupuncture can significantly improve menstrual scores,TCM syndrome scores,FSH,E2,LH,AMH levels,and antral follicle counts in patients with spleen deficiency-type POI,but the combination of the two treatments yields better results.关键词
