雷火灸对早期膝骨关节炎风寒湿痹证患者血清炎症因子、疼痛介质和膝关节功能的影响
Effects of Thunder-Fire Moxibustion on Serum Inflammatory Factors,Pain Mediators and Knee Joint Function in Patients with Early-Stage Knee Osteoarthritis of Wind-Cold-Dampness Bi Pattern

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)injection on serum inflammatory factors,pain mediators and knee joint function in patients with early knee osteoarthritis(KOA)of wind-cold-dampness bi syndrome.Methods:A total of 120 patients with early KOA of wind-cold-dampness bi syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a combined treatment group according to a random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PRP intra-articular injection,and the combined treatment group received thunder-fire moxibustion after PRP treatment,with a course of 7 weeks.The changes in serum inflammatory factors,pain mediators,knee joint function,and scores of main and secondary TCM symptoms were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results:Compared with those before treatment in the same group,the scores of main and secondary TCM symptoms,serum inflammatory factor levels,pain mediator levels,WOMAC scores,Leequesne index,CSKO scores,swelling degree scores were all decreased(P<0.05),and the range of motion(ROM)was increased(P<0.05)in both groups.Compared with the control group after treatment,the combined treatment group had lower scores of main and secondary TCM symptoms,serum inflammatory factor levels,pain mediator levels,WOMAC scores,Leequesne index,CSKO scores,swelling degree scores(P<0.05),and higher ROM(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the combined treatment group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than 90%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with PRP intra-articular injection can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with early KOA of wind-cold-dampness Bi syndrome,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and pain mediators,improve knee joint function,and enhance the therapeutic effect.关键词
