针刺联合射干麻黄汤对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者气道重塑及免疫功能的影响
Effects of Acupuncture Combined with Shegan Mahuang Decoction on Airway Remodeling and Immune Function in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Bronchial Asthma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with Shegan Mahuang Decoction on airway remodeling and immune function in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 120 patients with acute bronchial asthma meeting the inclusion criteria at Luoyang Hospital of Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received the same plus acupuncture combined with Shegan Mahuang Decoction.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The changes in TCM symptom scores,pulmonary function,quality of life scores,airway remodeling-related indicators,and immune function-related indicators were observed and compared before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 98.33%(59/60),significantly higher than that in the control group(81.67%,49/60)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,both groups showed decreases in TCM symptom scores,airway remodeling indicators,Th17 levels,and Th17/Treg ratios(P<0.05),and increases in pulmonary function indicators,quality of life scores,and Treg levels(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group exhibited lower TCM symptom scores,airway remodeling indicators,Th17 levels,and Th17/Treg ratios(P<0.05),and higher pulmonary function indicators,quality of life scores,and Treg levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Shegan Mahuang Decoction in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma can effectively improve immune function,inhibit airway inflammatory responses,ameliorate airway remodeling,and enhance quality of life and clinical outcomes.关键词
