摘要

Abstract

Ischemic heart failure is a clinical syndrome caused by insufficient coronary blood supply,leading to myocardial ischemia,hypoxic injury,and subsequent cardiac pump dysfunction.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)theory posits that endogenous"stasis-toxin"obstructs qi and blood circulation,depriving the heart of nourishment,resulting in myocardial hypoxia,abnormal energy metabolism,and myocardial injury,which accompany the onset and progression of ischemic heart failure.Mitochondria,as the energy factories of cells,rely on their quality control mechanisms(e.g.,fusion and fission,autophagy,oxidative stress)to maintain cardiomyocyte function.By reviewing the correlation between the TCM"stasis-toxin"theory and mitochondrial quality control in ischemic heart failure,and combining the pathophysiological characteristics of ischemic heart failure,this study explores the general patterns and scientific connotation of"stasis-toxin"syndrome evolution at different stages.It proposes that"stasis-toxin"affects mitochondrial function and that the therapeutic approach of"activating blood circulation and detoxifying"may regulate mitochondrial quality control,providing new research directions and treatment strategies for the prevention and management of ischemic heart failure.
