祛湿消浊方联合穴位敷贴治疗痰浊内阻型非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的疗效观察
Qushi Xiaozhuo formula combined with acupoint application on nonalcoho-lic steatohepatitis

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Qushi Xiaozhuo formula combined with acupoint application on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)with phlegm-turbid internal obstruction.Methods:A total of 90 NASH patients were randomly divided into Qushi Xiaozhuo formula group and combined treatment group with 45 cases in each group.Qushi Xiaozhuo formula group was given Qushi Xiaozhuo formula treatment,and the combined treatment group was given Qushi Xiaozhuo formula treatment combined with acupoint application treatment,the course of treatment was 12 weeks.The changes of body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),TCM syndrome score,liver function index,lipid index and controlled attenuation parameter(CAP)of liver instantaneous elastic hardness test were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of Qushi Xiaozhuo formula group was 79.1%(34/43),and that of combined treatment group was 90.5%(38/42),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BMI,WHR and CAP values in two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in combined treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and γglutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with Qushen Xiaozhuo formula group,ALT and GGT in combined treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05).TCM syndrome scores in both groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the combined treatment group was superior to Qushen Xiaozhuo formula group in improving hypochondriac pain,body weight and stool viscosity(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qushi Xiaozhuo formula has good clinical effect in the treatment of phlegm turbidity and internal blockage NASH,which can significantly improve liver function,blood lipid level,TCM syndrome and steatosis index,and combined acupoint application can enhance the efficacy.关键词
