新疆城市时空格局演变及驱动因素研究
Research on the evolution and driving factors of urban spatial and temporal patterns in Xinjiang

Abstract
It is of great significance to study the dynamic expansion of cities to scientifically plan urban development and promote sustainable urban development.Based on the integration of DMSP-OLS and NPP-VIIRS nighttime light data,this article studies the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of urban expansion in Xinjiang from 1992 to 2022.At the same time,analyze the scale of urban expansion using the growth rate of urban area,expansion speed,and expansion dynamic index.Analyzing urban expansion patterns using compactness,fractal dimension,and standard deviation ellipse.Using geographic detectors to analyze the main driving factors affecting urban expansion.The results show that in the past 30 years,the urban area of Xinjiang has increased by 3 354.39 km2,with fluctuating expansion rates and extremely dispersed urban distribution.The compactness of cities in Xinjiang is gradually decreasing,and the degree of fragmentation of urban boundaries is relatively high,with complex shapes and mainly outward expansion.The overall center of gravity of the city has shifted towards the southwest,with a total distance of 209.471 km.Urban expansion is the result of multiple factors working together,among which annual average rainfall is the main driving factor affecting urban expansion.The interaction between annual average rainfall and the proportion of the tertiary industry plays an important role in the urban expansion of Xinjiang.关键词
