Abstract
This paper explores the innovation of intelligent municipal operation,management,and maintenance models based on the city information modeling(CIM).By constructing a CIM-based intelligent municipal operation,management,and maintenance platform and integrating technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data analytics,and artificial intelligence,the full life-cycle intelligent management of municipal facilities is realized.In the planning and management phase,scientific planning is conducted using the platform's BIM+GIS functions.In the construction supervision phase,real-time monitoring ensures construction quality.In the operation and maintenance management phase,intelligent diagnostic technologies are used to identify potential faults,enabling the optimization of maintenance plans.For public services,convenient channels for reporting repairs and information inquiries are provided.During emergency response,rapid response and rational resource allocation are achieved.Practice shows that this model significantly improves urban operational efficiency and the quality of life for residents,providing a reference for the construction of smart cities.关键词
