Abstract
2025 marks the 40th anniversary of the promulgation of the"Decisions of the CPC Central Committee on the Reform of Education System".In the past 40 years,what achievements have been made in the reform of education system and what problems still exist,it is worth systematically summarizing and reflecting.This paper summarizes and reflects on the historical evolution,typical characteristics and fundamental experience of industry-education integration in the past 40 years.It is found that the industry-education integration in China has gone through four stages:institutional breeding,industry-education integration,deepening of collaboration and deep integration,showing the characteristics of diversified transformation of governance structure,establishment of the rule of law of property rights system,systematic upgrading of policy incentives and innovation of talent training paradigm.The study believes that adhering to top-level design and institutional innovation drive is the fundamental guarantee for the industry-education integration,the construction of a multi-faceted collaborative governance mechanism between the government,the market and the school is the core path of industry-education integration,the promotion of the rule of law and the systematization of incentives of property rights is the key support for industry-education integration,and the establishment of a demand-oriented dynamic training mechanism is the source of vitality for industry-education integration.关键词
