极薄隔水层工作面底板奥灰水害地面区域治理技术研究

Abstract
To enhance the reliability of ground horizontal drilling grouting for preventing Ordovician limestone water gushing in ultra-thin aquifuge floor working face,this study investigated a ground treatment technology applicable to existing roadways based on the engineering practice at the 31501 working face in Chenghe No.2 Mine.The results showed that the Ordovician limestone aquifer exhibited strong water abundance and heterogeneity,requiring substantial grout consumption.The poor stability of the roadway floor led to floor heave and grout leakage,failing to meet design requirements.To address these issues,a dual-layer grouting method was proposed to ensure treatment coverage.Additionally,applying cement-fly ash grout or aggregate-enhanced grout during initial grouting stages was suggested to establish a foundation layer and reduce economic costs.关键词
