摘要

Abstract

As the descriptive data for digital products of fundamental geographic information(4D products),metadata records the whole production process information of 4D products,including data source,executive standard,mathematical foundation,currency,quality evaluation,ownership,data distribution,etc.It is of great significance for the use,management,and maintenance of 4D products.At present,metadata is mainly generated one sheet after another through manual input,in the process of which a large amount of data needs to be referenced,the work is boring,the workload is heavy,and it is easy to make mistakes,furthermore,the reference data must be repeatedly checked during the quality inspection,which is time-consuming and laborious.Regarding these issues,this paper gives a resolution for batch automatic generation of metadata of 4D products using a window program developed in C#based on 4D products data files,metadata information database and metadata template.This solution is simple,fast,accurate,and convenient for quality inspection,which can actually improve the efficiency and quality of metadata production.
