摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To explore the true resistance of maize germplasm resources to common smut.[Method]New maize inbred lines were precisely identified and evaluated for resistance to common smut by using artificial inoculation methods for consecutive years.The genetic law of resistance of highly resistant materials was preliminarily analyzed through the segregation ratio analysis of the F2 population and adaptability tests of individual resistant and sensitive plants.[Result]A total of 20 resistance materials of 32 maize inbred lines were screened,accounting for 62.5%of the total identified materials,among which,6 materials were highly resistant,9 materials were medium resistant and 5 materials were resistant to common smut.A total of 12 sensitive materials were screened,accounting for 37.5%of the total identified materials.Genetic analysis of resistance of 6 highly resistance materials to maize common smut was carried out according to the separation ratio and suitability of resistant and susceptible plants by using F2 population.The results showed that resistance of Z17HEB-82、Z17HEB-93、Z17HEB-100 and Z17HEB-107 inbred lines to Ustilago zeae may be controlled by one pair of dominant single gene.[Conclusion]The results can provide impor-tant references for the introduction and utilization of maize common smut resistant germplasm in the future in China.
