摘要

Abstract

To evaluate the contribution relationship of primary agronomic traits to yield of Brassica napus,190 F2∶3 separate inbred lines of Brassica napus were materials.The seed yield and biomass yield per plant,branch position,number of first branch,length of primary inflores-cence,silique number of primary inflorescence and plant height of Brassica napus were analyzed by correlation and principal component analy-sis.The results showed that the branching position,the number of first branch,the length of primary inflorescence and silique number of pri-mary inflorescence tended to be inherited from female parent WH20,and the plant height,seed yield and biomass yield per plant tended to be inherited from male parent WH01.The variation coefficient of seed yield per plant in F2∶3 separate inbred lines was the highest(38.23%),whereas that for the number of primary branches was the lowest(6.93%).Seed yield per plant showed a extremely significant positive correla-tion with biomass yield per plant,branching position,the number of first branch,the length of primary inflorescence,silique number of main inflorescence and plant height,in which the correlation coefficient between seed yield and biomass yield per plant was the highest(R=0.87).But the number of first branch showed a extremely significant negative correlation with branching position(R=-0.43).Expecting for the number of first branch,plant height was extremely significant positive correlated with branch position,the length of primary inflorescence,si-lique number of main inflorescence,seed yield and biomass yield per plant.The seven agronomic traits could be synthesized into plant height,first branch,silique number of primary inflorescence factors via principal component analysis,with the total cumulative contribution rate of 89.59%,which basically reflected the comprehensive information of seven agronomic traits.In the breeding and improvement of Brassica na-pus,above three factors can be improved to achieve the goal of breeding.
