低钙胁迫下不同钙敏感型花生品种根系发育和养分吸收
Root Development and Nutrient Uptake of Different Calcium-sensitive Peanut Varieties Under Low Calcium Stress

Abstract
[Objective]To clarify the effects of low calcium(Ca)stress on root development and nutrient absorption of different Ca-sensitive peanut varieties.[Method]Pot culture experiment was applied to investigate the infulence of low Ca stress on root morphology,nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),kalium(K)and Ca content,accumulation and dry matter weight of two Ca-sensitive peanut and two low-Ca tolerant peanut varieties at pod stage.[Result]The root morphology of Ca-sensitive and low-Ca tolerant peanut varieties were not sensitive to low Ca stress.Low Ca stress mainly inhibited the absorption and accumulation of N,K and Ca nutrients in Ca-sensitive varieties,but had no significant effect on the accumulation of nutrients in low Ca tolerant varieties in most cases.Under low Ca stress,the yield of Ca-sensitive varieties decreased significantly because of the decrease of 100-pod weight and rice yield.However,for low Ca tolerance varieties,the yield did not decrease signif-icantly under low Ca stress.[Conclusion]There were differences in nutrient absorption characteristics and yield response to Ca stress of differ-ent Ca-sensitive peanut varieties.Thus,Ca fertilizer should be applied appropriately according to the sensitivity of different peanut varieties.关键词
