Comparative Analysis of the Phenotypes of Fertility Restoring Genes with Minor Effect in Four Male Sterile Lines

Abstract
The pollen fertility of four representative three line male sterile lines with repeated appearance of dark pollen grain were compared and identified,genetic hybridization and bagging self pollination experiments were conducted.Results showed that different male sterile lines contained different numbers of fertility restoring genes with minor effect.Jingfu 6A had stable infertility,the least number of fertility restoring genes with minor effect,Ⅱ-32A had easy fluctuation of infertility,and there was more fertility restoring genes with minor effect.Jingfu 2A and Jingfu 8A had a number of fertility restoring genes with minor effect between the two.The fertility restoring genes with minor effect were inter-nal factors that caused fluctuations in the sterility of male sterile lines.The more numerous the genes,the more unstable the infertility.This re-sults could be the foundation for the genetic law of fertility restoring genes with minor effect and further molecular mechanism.关键词
