针刺跷脉穴联合康复训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿尖足和表面肌电的影响
The Effect of Acupuncture Qiao Channel Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Spastic Cerebral Palsy Children with Pointy Foot and Surface Electromyography

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the scores of MAS grade,the ankle dorsiflexion angle,GMFM-88(D+E area),and surface electro-myography(sEMG)of the tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius muscles in resting state and passive stretching state in children with ce-rebral palsy pointy foot,and to explore the clinical efficacy of the conventional rehabilitation combined Qiao channel acupuncture treatment and explore the utility of sEMG quantitative assessment.Methods:Forty children who met the inclusion criteria were se-lected.Before treatment,the tester evaluated MAS grade,dorsiflexion angle,GMFM-88(D+E area),and sEMG(RMS).The chil-dren were then randomly divided into two groups,20 children in each group.Both groups received the conventional rehabilitation treatment,while the acupuncture group received acupuncture at the Qiao channel acupoint.After 3 months,MAS grade,dorsiflexion angle,GMFM-88(D+E area),and RMS values were reassessed and analyzed.Results:Before treatment,there were no statistical dif-ferences between the two groups in MAS grade,dorsiflexion angle,GMFM-88(D+E area),and RMS values(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,compared with the conventional group,the acupuncture group showed a significant reduction in MAS grade and the ankle dorsiflexion angle(P<0.05),and increased in GMFM-88(D+E area)score(P<0.05).The RMS values of the tibialis an-terior and gastrocnemius muscles in resting state and passive stretching state decreased in both groups compared to pre-treatment(P<0.01),the acupuncture group showed even lower values than the conventional group(P<0.05).Additionally,there was a significant positive correlation between MAS grade and the RMS values of the tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius musclesin,regardless of the resting state and passive stretching state.Conclusion:There are abnormalities in the sEMG signals of the tibialis anterior and gastroc-nemius muscles in cerebral palsy children with pointy foot.Acupuncture Qiao channel acupoint combined with conventional reha-bilitation training could influence the MAS grade,ankle dorsiflexion angle,GMFM-88(D+E area)scores,and sEMG parameters of the lower limbs in children with spastic cerebral palsy,without increasing adverse effects,which can be popularized.关键词
