基于扬刺理论分析"实按扬灸"联合TECAR疗法对慢性踝关节不稳的影响

Abstract
Objective:Based on the theory of Yang Acupuncture,this study aims to observe the effect of"Pressing Yang Moxibustion"combined with TECAR therapy on chronic ankle joint instability.Methods:98 patients with chronic ankle joint instability admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2023 to Sep-tember 2024 were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method.One patient fell out of each group,and 96 patients were actually included,with 48 patients in each group.TECAR therapy was used in the control group,while the observation group received"Pressing Yang Moxibustion"combined with TECAR therapy on this basis.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of ankle plantar flexion and dorsiflexion peak torque(PT),visual analogue scale(VAS),and Ameri-can Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:Before treat-ment,there was no significant difference in PT,VAS and AOFAS between the two groups.After 4 weeks of treatment,the PT values of ankle plantar flexion and dorsiflexion in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),the VAS score was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the AOFAS value was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The PT value and AOFAS value of ankle plantar flexion and dorsiflexion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and VAS was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of"Pressing Yang Moxibustion"and TECAR therapy can effectively improve the muscle strength of ankle flexion and extension muscles,coordinate the cooperation of ankle active and antagonistic muscles,alleviate ankle pain,improve ankle joint movement function and increase ankle joint stability.关键词
