浅针镇静穴、山根穴对慢性失眠患者心率变异性的即时作用研究
A Study on the Instant Effect of Shallow Needle Acupuncture at Zhenjing Point and Shangen Point on Heart Rate Variability in Chronic Insomnia Patients

Abstract
Objective:To observe the immediate effect of Zhenjing point and Shangen point on heart rate variability in patients with chronic insomnia,and to explore the mechanism of action and the difference of acupoints in treating insomnia with shallow acupunc-ture.Methods:60 patients with chronic insomnia were randomly divided into Zhenjing point group(n=30)and Shangen point group(n=30).The patients were treated at Zhenjing point and Shangen point for 15min respectively.The time domain analysis and fre-quency domain analysis data of heart rate variability were collected before,during and after the intervention.Results:In the time do-main analysis,the RMSSD value in the Zhenjing point group was higher after intervention than before intervention,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The RMSSD value in the Zhenjing point group was higher than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The RMSSD value in Shangen point group was higher than before interven-tion,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between SDNN,SDANN and RMSSD groups before,during and after intervention(P>0.05).In frequency domain analysis,the HF value in the Shangen point group was higher than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant dif-ference in LF,HF and LF/HF groups between the two groups before,during and after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shallow needle acupuncture intervention at Zhenjing point and Shangen point may regulate the balance of autonomic nervous system of in-somnia patients by improving parasympathetic nerve excitability,so as to play a role in the treatment of insomnia.Moreover,the ef-fect of shallow acupuncture Zhenjing point on increasing parasympathetic nerve excitability may show a lasting effect in a short time after intervention.It is speculated that the treatment of insomnia by shallow acupuncture may be achieved by stimulating the prefron-tal cortex region of the brain,which has an effect on the autonomic nervous function of insomnia patients.关键词
