Abstract
Objective:This study aims to investigate the research status and hotspots in the treatment of herpes zoster with fire needle therapy over the past 15 years using CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software in a visual manner.Methods:A total of 481 articles related to fire needle therapy for herpes zoster were selected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,and VIP Chi-nese periodicals databases.NoteExpress 3.9 and CiteSpace 6.3.R1 were utilized to analyze and construct co-authorship,source jour-nal,institution,and keyword co-occurrence maps.Results:The overall publication trend of fire needle therapy for herpes zoster has been increasing and has now entered a stage of fluctuating development.Authors have formed small-scale collaboration networks,with the majority of authors conducting independent research.The publishing institutions are primarily concentrated in universities of traditional Chinese medicine and their affiliated hospitals,with limited cross-regional cooperation.Research hotspots focus on in-tervention methods dominated by fire needle combined with cupping and bloodletting,clinical efficacy,treatment mechanisms,and literature research.Conclusion:Research on fire needle therapy for herpes zoster has entered a stage of fluctuating development.There is an anticipation for more high-quality randomized trials and mechanistic studies in the future.关键词
