颈曲可调式牵引热疗颈托改善颈型颈椎病颈椎曲度异常的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Improvement of Abnormal Cervical Curvature in Cervical Spondylosis with Adjustable Cervical Traction-Thermotherapy Neck Brace

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of adjustable cervical traction-thermotherapy neck brace in improving abnormal cervical curvature in cervical spondylosis.Methods:Seventy patients diagnosed with cervical spondylosis in the outpatient department of the Spine Orthopedics Department at Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM between January and July 2024 were enrolled and randomly di-vided into a trial group and a control group(1:1 ratio,n=35 per group)using computer-generated randomization.Both groups re-ceived manual therapy every other day.The control group additionally received sitting occipitomandibular belt traction therapy(20 minutes per session,every other day)and medicinal hot compress(8～10 h per session,once daily),while the trial group received the adjustable cervical traction-thermotherapy neck brace(worn 3～4 hours daily).The treatment duration was 4 weeks(1 week per course),with evaluations conducted before and after treatment.Outcome measures included cervical curvature value,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,Neck Disability Index(NDI)score,and cervical comfort score,clinical efficacy was objectively assessed.Re-sults:After treatment,both groups showed significant improvements in cervical curvature values compared to baseline(P<0.05),with no significant intergroup difference(P>0.05).VAS scores decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05),with a significant in-tergroup difference favoring the trial group(P<0.05).NDI scores improved significantly in both groups(P<0.05),with the trial group demonstrating superior outcomes(P<0.05).The trial group also exhibited significantly better cervical comfort scores than the control group(P<0.05).The overall response rate of the trial group was 94.29%,while the overall response rate of the control group was 88.57%,there was no statistically significant difference in the overall response rate between the two groups(P>0.05).No ad-verse effects were reported during the trial.Conclusion:The adjustable cervical traction-thermotherapy neck brace effectively re-stores normal cervical curvature,alleviates pain and functional limitations in cervical spondylosis patients,and offers advantages in comfort and convenience,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
