Challenges,Causes and Strategies for Increasing Income Among Rural Low—Income Populations in the Context of Common Prosperity

Abstract
Ensuring sustained income growth for the rural low-income population is not only essential for preventing large-scale relapse into poverty and consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation in synergy with rural revitalization but also represents a practical imperative for advancing common prosperity among rural residents.The rural low-income population faces significant challenges,including persistent-ly low and slow-growing incomes,coupled with widening income disparities within rural communities.While multiple factors contribute to these income growth constraints,the core issues lie in four critical di-mensions:insufficient endogenous motivation,low levels of agricultural production organization,weak re-source allocation capabilities,and heavy household burdens.To achieve sustained income growth for this demographic,strategic focus must be placed on enhancing four key income streams.This involves imple-menting labor skill training programs to boost employability and earnings,promoting high-quality devel-opment of agricultural industries to increase profitability,unlocking the value of resource elements through optimized utilization,strengthening collaborative support mechanisms for improved social transfers.This comprehensive approach aims to establish a robust foundation for realizing the overarching goal of common prosperity.关键词
