摘要

Abstract

Agency refers to an individual's ability to actively choose information,make decisions,and take goal-oriented actions to achieve predetermined objectives.In the field of education,teachers are key agents influencing the development of educational policies.They implement these policies in the class-room,directly shaping students' learning conditions.Teacher agency encompasses three types:individual agency,relational agency,and collective agency.Its development is the result of the organic interaction between internal and external factors.Enhancing teacher agency requires stimulating internal motivation to awaken their positive agency,conducting training programs to uncover their professional agency,creating a favorable environment to support their collective agency,and optimizing material resources to strengthen their individual agency.
