北京市中心城区房屋建筑高度与人口空间分布耦合特征研究
Coupling characteristics of building heights and population spatial distribution in central urban areas of Beijing

Abstract
This study addressed the challenges faced by the central urban areas of Beijing in achieving coordinated develop-ment between building heights and population distribution.Based on multi-source data,the coupling coordination degree model was used to analyze the coupling spatial distribution characteristics of building heights and population in the central urban areas of Beijing.The results show that the coupling spatial differences between building heights and population are sig-nificant in different areas of Beijing's central urban districts.Chaoyang District and Haidian District show high coordination,while Dongcheng District,Xicheng District,and Shijingshan District exhibit low coordination and conflicting development.Fengtai District is in a transitional adjustment phase,in the early stage of coordination.This paper aims to deeply analyze the internal laws of the coupling spatial distribution of building heights and population in the central urban areas of Beijing,quan-tify the degree of coupling,and provide scientific evidence for sustainable urban development.关键词
