Abstract
Focusing on standardized management of water supply plants,a basic framework for standardized management evaluation of urban public water supply plants has been built,and a hierarchical analysis method is used,supplemented by yaahp software,model is constructed and index weights are determined.Through analysis and research,expert consultation,indicator evaluation standards are determined,and a standardized management evaluation index system for urban public water supply plants is established.The system covers five first-level indicators:water supply water quality,operation management,personnel and energy consumption,production safety and water supply services,and 21 second-level indicators,including water quality detection capacity,operation management system construction,personnel certificate employment,safety management,and water supply service satisfaction.It also conducts a quantitative evaluation of the operation and management of typical water supply plants,identify the shortcomings and weaknesses of water supply plants in operation and management,effectively promote the gradual standardization of operation and management of urban public water supply plants,and support the high-quality development of capital water supply.关键词
